I wanted to thank you and your staff for the excellent experience I had with regards to the replacement of one of my front teeth. A trip to your office is never the "painful" experience traditionally associated with a trip to the dentist. Everyone in the office is always pleasant and friendly and I'm always greeted by name even though I've not been a patient for very long. The television during and hot towels after the treatment go a long ways to improving patient comfort.
I couldn't be happier with the work performed on my front tooth. The extra care that involved my visiting the lab, and your extensive follow up to make sure the colour matching was perfect is much appreciated. Your taking the time to map out the colours for my "new" tooth, really made the difference. In having this type of work done, working with a perfectionist is critical and much appreciated by the patient. When I point out my new tooth to people they are amazed with how well it matches my existing teeth - in fact most people can not tell which is natural and which is a cap.
